Spanish police arrested, Sunday, 12 members of the largest drugs gang in Madrid. The leader of this gang is from Morocco and liaised drugs gangs in Colombia, Morocco, Spain and northern Europe, Reuters reported. During the arrest, police seized a red Ferrari worth 250,000 euros, weapons and a Japanese sword. Members of this gang had daggers, automatic weapons and 600 kg of cocaine during the raids. The same source reports that 20 expensive cars and 700,000 euros in cash were seized during the arrests. «According to the investigators, it was the largest cocaine distribution organization in the Spanish capital», police said in a statement. Indeed, members of this gang led a luxurious lifestyle and hired a «drugs lawyer» to carry out legal duties and sort money-laundering issues. The Spanish police worked with Colombian counterparts to lead the arrests.
