The Spanish police dismantled, Sunday in Madrid, a network that sends stolen vehicles to Morocco. The nine arrestees, who are Polish, have also used stolen cars for drug trafficking purposes in MoroccoSpain and Poland. Spanish police seized two SUVs in the province of Malaga, where they were driven by chauffeurs that the network had hired. The operation, conducted in the localities of Alcorcón and Valdemoro in Madrid and in the municipality of Toledo in Ocana, took place on Sunday and was carried with the help of Polish police. The network, described as «perfectly structured», is allegedly responsible for 15 vehicle thefts and an economic loss of up to 600,000 euros.
