Inaugurated on Monday by Indonesian President Joko Widodo, it is attended by numerous heads of state, government leaders, and African ministers. The Forum aims to strengthen economic cooperation between Indonesia and the African continent, which is considered a key economic partner for the Asian country. Building on the success of the first IAF in 2018, the event will focus on establishing an inclusive, equitable, and sustainable relationship between Indonesia and Africa.
