Morocco's flag carrier -Royal Air Maroc (RAM)- announced that it has set up a special scheme to help its customers manage their travel following the latest developments related to the Covid-19 disease. These special provisions, already implemented as soon as the virus spread on flights to and from China and Italy, will now be extended to all the airline's flights. As a result, customers who purchased tickets before March 31, 2020, will be able to defer their travel until May 31, 2020, free of charge, if they wish to do so; RAM notes in a statement. Also, RAM reassures its customers about the possibility of postponing the trip at no charge no later than 72 hours before flight departure, adds the national airline, noting that they also have the option of cancelling the trip at no charge no later than 72 hours before flight departure, in exchange for a credit note of the same value of the ticket, valid for six months and to be used exclusively on the airline's flights. For any further information, RAM invites its customers to enquire about these commercial provisions on the following numbers: 089000 0800 (national) /+212522489797 (International).
