The Spanish National Police announced the arrest of an individual in Teulada (Alicante) for alleged membership of the terrorist organization Daesh. The operation was carried out jointly with the Directorate General of Territorial Surveillance (DGST). He even created his own jihadist material to be shared openly on social networks. According to the Spanish police, the suspect maintained regular contact with individuals previously arrested for jihadist terrorism in Spain and Morocco, as well as with foreign terrorist fighters in the Syrian-Iraqi zone.
