Despite banning his accounts, he had managed to use codes and acronyms that allowed his subscribers to access the content he publishes. Moreover, the two people arrested in Figueras - two brothers of Moroccan descent aged between 30 and 31 - were engaged in the management of an important communication network aimed at reinforcing Daesh propaganda. Since March 2016, they have managed to publish 400 posts on the Internet, including social media and instant messengers. Among the content they disseminated, investigators found didactic manuals on home-made explosives, the killing of stabbed civilians and the training of mujahideen. The fourth man, arrested in the commune of Parla, near Madrid, is also a 44-year-old naturalized Moroccan national. According to the investigators, he was at an advanced stage of radicalization and had tried to win the favor of possible accomplices with whom he planned to carry out attacks.
