Moroccan actor Mohamed Khaddi died Monday in Rabat at the age of 72 following an illness, the Moroccan Union of Drama Professionals said. The deceased, who was born in Salé in 1947, stared in more than 80 plays and appeared in several films, including "The Message" by Moustapha Akkad and "Mr. Jones" by Mike Figgis. He will be laid to rest this Monday following the Al-Asr prayer at the Sidi Belabbes Cemetery in Salé.
