The investigating judge has ordered on Wednesday to end investigations into a number of Hirak activists arrested three months ago amid the demonstrations that took place in the Kingdom's northern region, states the Turkish news agency, quoting legal source. Nasser Zafzafi alongside six other Hirak detainees will have to stand trial for «harming the integrity of the state», Mohamed Aghnaj defense lawyer told the same source, adding that the date of the trial will be revealed sometime by the end of the week. The same thing was confirmed by Mohamed Zian, member of the Hirak defense committee, who announced when contacted by Yabiladi that a Casablanca judge ordered on Wednesday to transfer the case of the Hirak detainees to the Attorney General in order to determine the first session of the trial. He also indicated that Zafzafi and his fellow Hirak detainees will be prosecuted based on article 201 which is related to «harming the integrity of the state».
