The AKDITAL Group, a leader in Morocco's private healthcare sector, is expanding its international presence by securing two major agreements in Saudi Arabia. Two memorandums of understanding have been signed with leading Saudi real estate partners: Wataniah Business Real Estate and Namaya (AL FOZAN Holding). These agreements, made under the auspices of the Saudi Ministry of Investment, will lead to the creation of two real estate companies dedicated to the construction and development of AKDITAL private hospitals in Riyadh and Jeddah, with an expected opening by 2027. The total investment for the project amounts to 200 million US dollars. This initiative aligns with Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030, which aims to modernize healthcare infrastructure and attract more foreign capital to the health sector. As a reminder, during a press conference to announce its financial results in early April, AKDITAL revealed its ambition to become a leading healthcare player in the Arab world. This international expansion will be realized through the establishment of four hospital facilities in the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia. These projects, planned for completion by 2030, mark a new chapter for the group, which has thus far focused its operations within Morocco.
