669 new coronavirus cases were recorded in Morocco during the past 24 hours, bringing the total number of Covid-19 infections in the country to 507,338. 4,697,873 people have received the first dose of the Covid-19 vaccine so far, while 4,203,779 people have received the second. 628 new recoveries were recorded during the same period, bringing the total number of recoveries to 493,353. 10 deaths were recorded in Morocco in the past 24 hours, bringing the total number of Covid-19-related deaths to 8,969. 8 of these deaths were recorded in Casablanca-Settat and 2 in Marrakech-Safi. The country has 5,016 active cases, including 383 in critical conditions. 16 of them are on ventilators. Casablanca-Settat recorded 444 cases: 357 in Casablanca, 22 in Nouaceur, 17 in Berrechid, 17 in Mohammedia, 16 in Settat, 8 in Médiouna, 4 in El Jadida, 2 in Benslimane and 1 in Sidi Bennour. Then comes Laâyoune-Sakia El Hamra, with 57 cases: 51 in Laâyoune, 4 in Boujdour and 2 in Tarfaya. 35 infections were confirmed in Dakhla-Oued Ed-Dahab, all in Oued Ed-Dahab. Marrakech-Safi follows with 31 cases: 15 in Marrakech, 6 in Youssoufia, 5 in Kelâa des Sraghna, 3 in Rehamna and 2 in Safi. Rabat-Salé-Kénitra recorded 31 cases: 14 in Skhirat-Témara, 7 in Rabat, 5 in Kénitra, 4 in Salé and 1 in Sidi Sliman. Tanger-Tétouan-Al Hoceïma recorded 17 new infections: 13 in Tanger-Assilah, 3 in Larache and 1 in Al Hoceïma. Souss-Massa also recorded 17 new cases: 8 in Inzegane-Aït Melloul, 4 in Agadir-Ida Ou Tanane, 3 in Tiznit and 2 in Taroudant. The Oriental region confirmed 10 cases: 5 in Oujda-Angad, 2 in Jerada, 2 in Nador and 1 in Driouch. Beni Mellal-Khénifra confirmed 10 cases: 8 in Khouribga, 1 in Beni Mellal and 1 in Khénifra. Drâa-Tafilalet recorded 9 cases: 5 in Errachidia, 2 in Ouarzazate, 1 in Tinghir and 1 in Zagora. Guelmim-Oued Noun recorded 4 cases: 3 in Guelmim and 1 in Tan Tan.
