Raja Casablanca won the CAF Super Cup, after defeating Esperance Tunis (2-1) on Friday at Thani Bin Jassim Stadium in Doha. The first goal of Raja, African Confederation Cup champion, was scored following a collective action that ended with Abellilah Hafidi (22nd) firing into the top corner. Esperance de Tunis striker Youssef Blaili responded almost in the same way in the 58th minute of the game. Badr Banoun offered the Cup to his team by scoring the second goal of a stunning back heel with 25 minutes remaining in the game's regular time. This is Raja's second title, after the one in 2000.
