Meanwhile, veterinary services visited 400 families throughout the country to inquire their mutton meat and reassure them, after receiving their complaints. «Veterinary services checked up 2,600 carcasses and their viscera to make sure they were edible». 50 cases are currently being examined by ONSSA, added the same statement. The ministry concludes by ensuring that ONSSA «is closely following the results of the various registered cases and will take the necessary legal measures».
