The city of Rabat will host the International Conference of African Civil Society (CISCA) on Dec. 18-22, Secretary General of the Parliament of the African Civil Society (PASOCI) Koffi Fiagbedou has announced. In an interview with Malian newspaper «Le Républicain» on Tuesday, Fiagbedou, who is on a mission of observation of the Malian presidential elections, underlined that the CISCA will bring together not only NGOs having the UN ECOSOC status, but also all the African civil society in a melting pot, noting that this second edition is held under the theme «Migration and Development». PASOCI is an African parliamentary institution of civil society tasked with harmonizing the actions of African civil society to effectively address the development challenges of the continent.
