Faiçal Zahraoui had cooked a Moroccan chicken with olives and spices and, for dessert, a chocolate bar with amlou spread. «I am proud of my performance which is added to that of last year. My participation had a twofold objective: to promote Morocco's candidacy for the 2026 World Cup and to promote Moroccan cuisine, with a stand that highlighted the Moroccan culture», he said. Organized at the prestigious Ronald Reagan Building, this edition, which has seen the participation of 28 countries and attracted between 1,500 and 2,000 people, «is a unique experience of tasting culinary works signed by internationally renowned chefs representing different cultures of the world».
