Videos shared to social media vividly capture the extent of the floods, showing torrents sweeping away residents' belongings in affected areas, including parts of the city center. The General Directorate of Meteorology has issued a warning, forecasting locally strong thunderstorms with rainfall amounts ranging from 20 to 35 mm. These conditions are expected to impact Tangier, Tetouan, Fahs-Angara, Mudhaq, Fnideq, Larache, and Chefchaouen from 6 p.m. Wednesday until 9 a.m. Thursday.
