At least 157 would-be irregular migrants were arrested on 2-4 May, 2020, by coastguards of the Royal Navy in the Mediterranean as well as in the Atlantic, according to a military source. These people, the majority of whom are sub-Saharan nationals, including 30 women and a few minors, were aboard inflatable boats, the source pointed out. They received first aid before being brought back safe and sound to the closest Moroccan ports.
