President of the Republic of Rwanda, Paul Kagame, received Friday in Kigali Morocco's minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Nasser Bourita, who handed him a written message from King Mohammed VI. The royal message focuses on the strengthening of the bilateral partnership, African issues and those related to the African Union. This audience was attended by Morocco's ambassador to Rwanda, Youssef Imani, and Rwandan Minister of State in charge of the East African Community, Olivier Nduhungirehe. Bourita represented on Thursday King Mohammed VI at a ceremony commemorating the 25th anniversary of Rwanda's Liberation Day.
