At least 3 Moroccan nationals are among the victims of the two attacks that took place in Las Ramblas and Cambris respectively. According to the Kingdom's consulate in Barcelona, the authorities are still identifying the nationalities of the victims. The latest updates suggest that 13 people were killed in the terrorist attack that took place in La Ramblas, Bercelona yesterday afternoon and dozens were injured when a van hit crowds of pedestrians. Hours later, most precisely during the first hours of Friday, another car drove into people in Cambrils a coastal commune near Barcelona, killing one person and injuring 6 people including a police officer. «There is no Moroccan victim for the moment» a diplomatic source told Yabiladi. «We are closely collaborating with the consular authorities in Barcelona, which identifies the nationalities of the victims», the source added. The Catalonian government, said on a statement issued on Friday that victims were of 34 different nationalities namely : «Spain, France, Germany, Holland, Argentina, Venezuela, Belgium, Peru, Romania, Ireland, Cuba, Greece, Macedonia, UK, Austria, Pakistan, Taiwan, Canada, Ecuador, USA, Philippines, Kuwait, Turkey, Algeria, Australia, Morocco, Colombia, Egypt, Hungary, Honduras, Italy, Mauritania, Dominican Republic and China».
