This initiative is part of an industrial expansion strategy supported by an investment of 350 million dirhams, aimed at responding to market trends. The project is expected to generate 700 direct jobs and 3,500 indirect jobs. PICKËRS aims to offer products that meet consumer expectations in terms of quality and innovation. Designed to compete with international brands, this new range seeks to enrich the existing market offering and contribute to the growth of the Moroccan cookie industry. «PICKËRS is a brand that reflects our commitment to innovation while promoting local expertise. The initial PICKËRS range includes premium wafers, positioned as an alternative to imported products. Two varieties are available: PICKËRS SQUARE (3 DHS), a thick, semi-chocolate-coated wafer with a double chocolate and milk filling, topped with hazelnut chips. An intense cocoa version is also available. PICKËRS TOPPERS (4 DHS), a bar coated in chocolate and roasted hazelnut chips, with a melting core of hazelnut and milk cream, also available in an intense chocolate version. BBM plans to expand this range with additional products in the future to diversify the offering and meet evolving consumer expectations.
