City Club CEO Jonathan Harroch was sentenced in the first instance to two years in prison for issuing bounced checks and fraud. Initially, media sources had suggested that the charges would be dropped. In addition, the defendant remains under investigation for human trafficking, exploitation of women in vulnerable situations for prostitution, and blackmail. In October 2024, Jonathan Harroch was also arrested on suspicion of corruption and drug possession and use.
