A decomposed body was discovered on Monday in a ravine in a forested area near the beach in Tamri commune (Agadir Ida-Outanane prefecture), raising suspicions that it could belong to a Belgian tourist who has been missing since late November, pending DNA analysis, according to local authorities in the Souss-Massa region. Preliminary evidence, including personal items found at the top of the ravine, suggests the man may have died as a result of a fall, the same sources reported. The Royal Gendarmerie has launched an investigation under the supervision of the public prosecutor to determine the circumstances surrounding the incident. The body has been sent for autopsy to collect genetic samples and confirm the victim's identity. Dries De Graeve, 29, was traveling with two friends when he disappeared. He was last seen on the night of November 18 to 19, wearing a white T-shirt and black pants. He is approximately 1.85 meters tall, with short black curly hair and light brown eyes. His mobile phone last connected to the network on November 20.
