Formula One champion Lewis Hamilton is enjoying a Moroccan getaway during his summer break. The racing star shared, Wednesday, stunning photos from his trip to the Sahara Desert oasis town of Erfoud on his Instagram account. «For a second year, I'm so fortunate to travel through Africa during the break», Hamilton wrote. «The first time around I was overwhelmed by just how beautiful and healing this world can be, and this trip is no different. Just like last time, I'm feeling more and more re-centered and at peace as the days go by». He added, «Morocco was the first stop, words can't describe the experience, hopefully photos come close». Near Erfoud, Hamilton visited the extraordinary art installation, «Stadt des Orion» (City of Orion), created by German artist Hannsjörg Voth. The installation, completed between 1998 and 2003, consists of seven towering structures that form a three-dimensional representation of the Orion constellation. Hamilton's photos also showcased his adventurous side, as he enjoyed camel riding and quad biking through the desert dunes.
