It is official now, the rematch between Moroccan-Dutch super heavyweight kickboxer Badr Hari and Rico Verhoeven has been scheduled, Dutch newspaper Parool reports. The two men will be meeting for the second time on December 21 at GelreDome in Arnhem, Netherlands. The heavyweights fought for the first time in 2016. Their heated match ended in a dramatic way, after Hari broke his arm, allowing Verhoeven to win. By the end of the game, Hari promised to come back stronger and beat his rival. «My message to Badr. Get ready, it is that time I have been looking forward to, we are going to make it a party», Verhoeven said in a video shared by Telegraaf. Entitled «GLORY Collision 2: Unfinished Business», the game comes after Hari had to serve a prison sentence. The Moroccan-Dutch was also suspended for nineteen months for breaching anti-doping rules. For the record, Badr Hari signed a multi-fight multi-year contract with GLORY Kickboxing, Fightman wrote. Commenting on his fight with Verhoeven, the kickboxer said : «I know exactly what to expect from this fight but he doesn't have any idea of who is coming after him. Rico will be facing Badr Hari for the first time».
