Prime Minister Saadeddine El Othmani has denied having held talks with the Kosovan Foreign Minister in New York, while the latter announced it on Twitter. After Kosovan Foreign Minister posted a photo on Twitter, announcing that he had a «fruitful discussion» with the Moroccan Prime Minister, Saadeddine El Othmani responded, giving his version of the story. Through a tweet, El Othmani denied having held talks with the Kosovan official, Behgjet Pacolli. The latter declared before that he spoke «at UNGA with Morocco Prime Minister Saadeddine Othmani on Kosovo's relations with Morocco and our willingness to establish diplomatic relations so that we can work on all spheres of common interest». El Othmani denies everything related to the meeting For his part, Moroccan Prime Minister wrote that «during a break with my delegation a gentleman from Kosovo imposed his presence [sic]». «We have not discussed bilateral relations neither establishing contacts», he explained, adding that «Morocco does not recognize Kosovo and has no relation with it». But the photo made public by the Kosovan senior official showed El Othmani seated next to two men while talking to them. Fruitful discussion at #UNGA with Morocco?? For the moment, Belgrade have not responded yet to the incident. Moroccan Foreign Minister Nasser Bourita paid a visit to Serbia in mid-September, where he held talks with his counterpart Ivica Dadic and the President of the Republic, Aleksandar Vucic. El Othmani's meeting with the head of Kosovo's diplomacy makes us think of the time when he visited Kuwait in August 2013 and held talks with a senior representative from the local «Muslim Brotherhood» group. A meeting that ended his career as head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
