The kingdom has always opposed these proposals,»he said. For the record, former Foreign Minister Taieb Fassi-Fihri had declined a similar offer once again suggested by Germany, arguing that Rabat receives only its expelled citizens from Europe. The Minister has spoken out about other suggestions to solve this problem, assuring that experience has shown that «it is a shame to classify nowadays states as countries of reception or transit and of migrants». «Morocco has no lessons to learn from anyone,» he added, recalling that the kingdom has launched two campaigns to regularize the immigration status of more than 30,000 migrants.
