King Mohammed VI called, yesterday on a speech delivered at the Arab Finance Ministers meeting by Mohammed Boussaid Minister of Finance, the financial Arab groups to increase their funding for development projects in Arab countries. The sovereign's statement was read upon Ministers of Economy and Finance of the Arab countries who attended the opening of the two-day annual meeting held in Rabat on the 18th of April. Arab Times, a Kuwaiti newspaper, reported that King Mohammed VI urged through his speech Arab financial institutions to boost their Arab-African cooperation and help develop the region. According to him, these cooperations would meet the needs of the Arab countries and enhance the economic promotion of the area. Today, the meeting is scheduled to discuss the implementation of a resolution of the Arab summit which was held in the Saudi Arabian capital back in 2013.
