The republic of Guinea received on Friday 31st of March a cargo of 25,000 tons of fertilizers. Reported by Medias24, the delivery of the first quarter was shipped to Conakry's port by OCP, Morocco's leading exporter of phosphate fertilizers. This Endeavour is part of an agreement signed between the kingdom and GuineaConakry during the king's official visit in last February. Morocco was committed into offering 20,000 tones of fertilizers and help the African country purchase the remaining 80,000 tones with an affordable price. Initiated by Morocco, this cargo according to Africa24 will help boost the agricultural production of the federal. It is a fruitful cooperation that OCP will continue in the coming days. For the record, King Mohammed VI signed during his last visit to Nigeria a memorandum of understanding. The agreement brings together two major companies namely NNPC and OCP. The two companies' cooperation is meant to provide Nigeria with phosphate fertilizers and help promote the sector of agriculture by building 11 fertilizers' plants.
