Rabat will host the 3rd edition of the African Football Agents Conference (AFAC 2025) from April 28 to 30 at the Four Seasons Hotel. Organized by the African Football Agents Association in partnership with FIFA and supported by the Royal Moroccan Football Federation (FRMF), the event brings together major players in the football industry. Following previous editions in Abuja (2023) and Nairobi (2024), this year's conference will welcome key figures from the football world, political leaders, representatives of international sports organizations, and digital innovation experts. FRMF President Fouzi Lekjaa and FIFA representative Daniel Gonçalves de Freitas are expected to attend, along with Moroccan and African government officials. Morocco's selection as host reflects its ongoing investment in modernizing sports infrastructure, developing local talent, and its roles as host of the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations and co-host of the 2030 FIFA World Cup alongside Spain and Portugal. Over three days, the conference will feature panels on building sustainable football ecosystems, the role of FIFA-licensed agents, digital transformation, and the growth of women's football. The final day will focus on governance challenges, including the recruitment of minors and human trafficking in sports.
