The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has unveiled the schedule for the 15th edition of the U-17 Africa Cup of Nations, which will take place from March 30 to April 19, 2025, in Morocco. Sixteen nations will compete across four stadiums in Casablanca, Mohammedia, and El Jadida. The opening match will feature host nation Morocco against Uganda, the East African champions, on March 30 at 10:00 PM at El Bachir Stadium in Mohammedia. The following day, Tanzania will face Zambia at 2:00 PM, followed by a Group B clash between Burkina Faso and Cameroon at 5:00 PM at Larbi Zaouli Stadium. At 8:00 PM, South Africa will take on Egypt in an exciting north-south duel. Groups C and D will kick off on April 1, with reigning champions Senegal facing Gambia at 2:00 PM at El Abdi Stadium. At 5:00 PM, Somalia will meet Tunisia, followed by Mali against Angola. Finally, Ivory Coast will challenge the Central African Republic at 8:00 PM. In addition to the continental trophy, this edition will serve as a qualifying tournament for the 2025 FIFA U-17 World Cup in Qatar. Ten African teams will secure their spots, with two of them advancing through playoffs.
