Three people were killed and another injured in the Sahara buffer zone, reports Mauritanian media. The same source alleges that they were killed by a Royal Armed Forces (FAR) drone. The incident occurred near the locality of «Gleibat El Foula», located east of the Sand Wall erected by FAR, approximately 150 km east of Dakhla, in the Oued Ed-Dahab region. For the record, the Mauritanian government has launched several campaigns to raise «awareness among exploration companies and regional administrations», urging them to look for gold only within the territory of the country. Last week, four Mauritanian gold miners were killed near the town of Gleibat El Foula. They were on board three vehicles, leaving from the Mauritanian town of Zouerate.
