A Moroccan national has told Iraq's Central Criminal Court that he acted as a recruiter for the terrorist organization ISIS, Iraqi Supreme Judicial Council told Asharq Al-Awsat. The Moroccan suspect revealed that he used to communicate with foreigners, and recruit them through Skype as he was fluent in English, French, Spanish and Arabic, Iraqi Supreme Judicial Council spokesperson Abdulsatar Bayrakdar confirmed. «The suspect occupied several major positions in ISIS, including controlling the Idlib and Tell Abyad borders in Syria, working in ISIS' foreign relations bureau and buying arms from the Free Syrian Army», says the same source. The Moroccan national, who is wanted by the Interpol, also confessed that he entered the Syrian soil illegally through Turkey and then Iraq where he was arrested by the authorities.
