Vodafone Business and Maroc Telecom signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on Wednesday, April 24, 2025, to provide connectivity services and digital solutions to business customers in Morocco. The initial phase of this partnership will focus on smart city solutions and energy management. The partnership will gradually expand to cover a wide range of products and services for businesses, including software-defined wide area networks (SD-WAN), private mobile networks, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity. Customers will be able to customize Vodafone Business connectivity services and digital platforms, combining them with Maroc Telecom's local expertise to meet their specific needs and comply with national regulatory requirements. The agreement strengthens Vodafone's current presence in eight African countries through Vodacom and supports Morocco's ambition to become a major digital hub by 2030. Both companies will also address the needs of Maroc Telecom's multinational and regional clients operating in key sectors such as logistics, manufacturing, retail, and public services, offering them a unified portfolio of managed services that can be rapidly deployed across multiple markets. Comprehensive pre-sales and after-sales support, including billing, implementation, and management, will be provided with customer success as the primary goal.
