The Moroccan General Directorate of Meteorology has issued an orange alert warning of hot weather, between 37 and 42 degrees, expected to hit several regions of the Kingdom starting tomorrow, Tuesday, and lasting until next Thursday. Temperatures ranging between 37 and 40 degrees are forecast for tomorrow in Zagora, Tata, Qalaa Sraghna, Beni Mellal, Fakih Bensalah, and Rachidia. Areas in central Morocco, including Beni Mellal, Meknes, and Fez, are expected to see highs between 37 and 42 degrees on Wednesday and Thursday. The heatwave will also impact southern regions and reach provinces like Larache and Chefchaouen in the north.
