Fourteen migrants entered the Spanish enclave of Ceuta irregularly on Thursday, crossing the border by sea. Authorities suspect they took advantage of poor weather conditions for their attempt. «Bad weather often leads migrants to jump into the water from the Moroccan coast near Ceuta», said a police source quoted by Efe news agency, «as there is typically less police surveillance in the border area during these times». The incident follows the arrival of 11 migrants on Wednesday, including ten Moroccan minors, and 13 others this morning, four of whom were also minors from Morocco.
