The national portal of procedures and administrative formalities Idarati was launched Wednesday in Rabat. The launch of this portal (www.idarati.ma) is aimed at improving the quality of services provided by the administration to users and establishing a new relationship based on trust and transparency. It is also part of the implementation of the provisions of Law 55.19 on the simplification of procedures and administrative formalities. Idarati portal, which was developed in partnership with the Ministry of the Interior, the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Administration Reform, the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Green and Digital Economy, the Agency for Digital Development (ADD) and the National Agency for Telecommunications Regulation (ANRT), is a unified information interface which makes administrative information available to the user. The procedures published on the portal are the only ones approved for civil servants and citizens, Secretary-General of the Department of Administrative Reform, Ahmed Laamoumri told MAP's news channel M24. Citizens can file a complaint to the head of the department concerned in case they were obliged to bring a document that is not in the list, he explained. Through the portal, we will accompany the questions of citizens, in Morocco or abroad, as well as foreigners residing in the Kingdom, he added, noting that the center can be reached via the "3737" hotline and the economic number "0802003737," the head of the division of the Center for Administrative Appeal and Guidance of the Department of Administrative Reform, Abderrahim Hassia said, in similar remarks. The Center can also be reached from abroad on the number "0537679906" and through e-mail, he added, stating that the requests will be responded to within 48 hours. The information section of this portal will be an official national reference for the user, allowing him to consult the procedures and administrative formalities that he must perform with the administrations, institutions and public companies.
