Military leaders in the Polisario are slammed for their multiple travels. In an article published Saturday, 19th of August, Futuro Sahara criticized the Front's officials for leaving the camps and staying most of the time in Spain, Algeria and Cuba. The media which is close to Brahim Ghali's main opponent Lamine Ould El Bouhali, questioned the efficiency of the military plan set by the Front's leadership to counter any military offences. «Their absence impacts the situation in the region … and leaves other men completely paralyzed and unable to act when it is needed», argued the same source. Futuro Sahara recalled that once he assumed office, Brahim Ghali promised to strengthen the Front's «army», adding that he failed to secure that and is unable to force military officials to stay in their offices.
