Royal Air Maroc (RAM), will launch starting from next Monday two new flights to Al Hoceima for competitive prices to support the recovery of the region's tourism. The initiative is part of the emergency measures taken by the Ministry of Tourism in partnership with the Tangier-Tetouan-Al Hoceima region to save the current summer season and promote the tourism sector. The Casablanca-Al Hoceima flight will cost 400 DH one way while Tangier-Al Hoceima will be at 300 DH. The flights aim at boosting the economy of the city as a destination and will be complemented by other measures such as the reduction of airport taxes, the Minister of Tourism said in a statement. He added that other actions are being finalized with local actors to launch a promotional campaign to strengthen the Al Hoceima's tourism.
