King Mohammed VI offered on Sunday his condolences and sympathies to the Egyptian president Abdelfattah Al-Sissi after the terrorist attacks that targeted on Sunday two churches in the Egyptian cities of Tanta and Alexandria. The King expressed through his message «Morocco's strong condemnation of these criminal and coward acts that tried in a disparate attempt to threaten the security and stability of Egypt». The Islamic state claimed responsibility over the twin bomb attacks that took the life of 44 people and injured more than 120 others. The sovereign reiterated Morocco's full solidarity with the Egyptian people and «the total adhesion of Morocco to international efforts to extirpate the roots of coward terrorism». Morocco's Foreign Ministry also denounced in a statement the awful attacks that target cults and rejected vigorously these criminal acts.
