Moroccan authorities announced on Thursday the suspension of flights to and from 13 European countries. According to the National Airports Office (ONDA) this suspension will be implemented on April 16 until further notice. The countries on the list are Albania, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia and Slovenia. ONDA indicates that passengers traveling from these countries through another country are also affected by this suspension. On Tuesday, ONDA announced the suspension of flights connecting Morocco and Tunisia in both directions. In March, Morocco halted flights to and from Spain and France until further notice, in addition to around 40 countries, including Denmark, South Africa, Belgium, Italy, the United Kingdom, in addition to Egypt, Algeria, Lebanon, Kuwait and Argentina, among others.
